This orange blossom honey has a remarkable taste of oranges, while still being light, floral and plenty sweet.  Our honey is sourced as locally as possible with beekeepers we've been working with for over a decade. It is always raw and never heated to temperatures that would kill the enzymes. Being Orange Blossom honey, it is from Northern California and is the "least local" honey we carry, and only because it is so good.

Crystallization can be reversed by gently warming it in hot water. Jar contains 24oz of honey.
